

Big Kids Class
Our “Big Kids” ages 7 to 11 class objectives are physical, motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional development, combining the learning of complex movements, musicality, and the values (respect and unity) of the roda (circle).
Classes are adapted to focus on motor coordination, flexibility, and agility, as well as strengthening self-esteem, discipline, and concentration skills while learning the fundamentals of capoeira: self-defense, acrobatics, music, and culture.
